That volume includes over 250,000 multi-family dwelling units and 30,000 resort accommodations, as well as commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings with an aggregate area well in excess of 15 million square feet.
The firm conducts business from its office in Winter Park, Florida (metropolitan Orlando), maintaining registrations in over twenty (20) states throughout the country. The firm's client list includes numerous major national accounts, producing for them over 7,000 multi-family units and 2,000 hotel accommodations annually.
