In an article published on 6/27, the firm is highlighted for its design work on the exterior and interior of the Casa Bel-Mar affordable housing development in South Tampa. The development contains 100 housing units with a robust amenity package, including a community center, tech lab, and fitness center. The units are subsidized for low-income residents earning 30 to 80 percent of the area’s median income. Ground broke on construction in early June. Archway Partners is the project developer for Casa Bel-Mar.

“Affordable Housing is a pressing need in the Tampa Bay area, and the Casa Bel-Mar development makes great strides in addressing this demand. We are tremendously proud to design both the exterior and interior for this project,” said Sabrina Marano, Project Director at the firm. “With a modern design that creates unique and memorable interior spaces, this residential community elevates guest experiences. Uplifting the community and providing state-of-the-art living spaces fuels our work, and we are grateful to be making a long-lasting, positive impact in the affordable housing space.”
