FK Architecture Designs New Affordable Housing Development – Enclave at Lake Shadow, Published in Informed Infrastructure

In an article published in Informed Infrastructure on 3/13, Managing Principal Ted Hunton was quoted regarding FK’s design project Enclave at Lake Shadow. The article details the scope of the project, the need for affordable housing in the community, and the positive impact this project will have on residents in Orange County.

The project consists of a 96-unit multifamily housing development, including four three-story buildings with 24 units each. Amenities include a large clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a business center, and a fully equipped fitness center. The project consists of modern design elements and is centrally located. The estimated completion date is December 2023.

“The rising need for affordable housing allowed for an opportunity to create an uplifting, supportive, and community-focused development that provides safe, affordable, and quality living spaces for people to enjoy,” said Ted.

The project is a big step in addressing the need for affordable housing in the community and promises long-term durability and accessibility to residents.
