Winter Haven Sun published an article highlighting the ribbon cutting ceremony at The Carlton at Lake Dexter, an apartment complex that includes 561 units rentable at market rate, sits on nearly 60 acres, and is close to LEGOLAND. Attendees of the ceremony included numerous city dignitaries, project developer representatives from Mahaffey Apartment Company, and FK Architecture representatives.

"Our goal with The Carlton at Lake Dexter was to fashion a community that is welcoming and warm. We included various amenities that help foster community and provide residents with a dynamic and comfortable living space," said Gary Badge, Managing Principal of FK.
